Event Details

1. The Celebration is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. All vendors must be set up by 9:00 A.M., prior to the start of the Celebration and remain until 5:00 PM.

2. Vendors are required to reserve a 10 ft square space to display their products. They must provide their own table, chairs and canopy. The space rental fee is $40 per space and is nonrefundable. Spaces are not secured until payment has been made. Event will be held rain or shine.

3. Space assignments will be managed by Paula King-Harper. She may be contacted by email: paula.wpf@gmail.com or by phone at 210-850-4027.

4. Food trucks will have designated parking spaces.

5. The Wilson Pottery Foundation shall be held harmless and is not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to vendor participants during this event. Vendors are asked to confirm acceptance of this provision.
